Yes, absolutely. All Madarks tableware, kitchenware, and functional pieces (like mugs and bowls) are crafted using 100% lead-free and food-safe glazes. Most pieces are designed for durability and are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless specifically noted on the individual product page (e.g., items with gold/metallic accents).
To ensure your pieces last a lifetime, we recommend handwashing with mild soap and a soft sponge, especially for delicate or decorative items (vases, sculptures). Avoid sudden, drastic temperature changes (e.g., moving a cold piece straight into a hot oven) as this can cause thermal shock. For decorative items, simply dusting with a soft, dry cloth is usually sufficient.
We package our ceramics with the utmost care, but in the rare event of damage during transit, we are here to help. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
